Victoria and tod

Alright guy's, here are some new characters I created, Victoria Snake and Tod Black
Victoria Snake
age:18
the stripes on her tail and face are black and purple, her hair is streaks of black and purple along with her clothes.
How she acts: She is not smart at all, she may look depressed but she is the total opposite. she is very outgoing and has a high voice, loves to play and act like a kitten even though she is a full grown tiger.

Tod Black
Age: 15
his shirt is black and red striped, he loves wearing black and red clothing, his hair is jet black and very long for a boy, it is pulled back into a pony tail to keep it from getting in his way.
how he acts: very quiet, doesn't talk unless confronted. gets angered easily but tries to keep a cool head. if anything happens to his best friend victoria he wouldn't know what to do. he is a very caring fellow but it is very hard to win his trust.
a short story on how they met: Tod was abandoned at the age of 3, Victoria found him drowning in the river and managed to pull him out, at that time she was 8. she has raised him ever since than until one day G.U.N ( Neto's time in rule) took her and experimented on her at the age of 12. Tod at this time was 9. he saved her a few months later but a bit too late, her brain isn't very smart at all and he had no choice but to help her out like she did for him. since then they have been best friends.
